Pre-Bridal Packages for Clinics: One Bride, 12 Weeks, One Plan

It's a Saturday in late November. The wedding is on 14 February. A bride walks into a dermatology clinic with a list on her phone, twelve weeks before the biggest photographs of her life.

In short: A bride who comes in 12 weeks before the wedding can get body, face, lips, hair and intimate care done safely, if the clinic works backwards from the date. Clinics that sell one planned package earn far more than clinics that sell single sessions, and the bride gets a better result.

Meet Meera

Meera is an illustrative composite, not a real patient. Her list is the one Indian clinics hear every wedding season.

Meera is 29, works long hours in Gurgaon, and is getting married in Chandigarh. Her list:

  • Dull, tired skin and old acne marks on her cheeks

  • Dark circles from months of late nights and wedding planning

  • A soft double chin that shows in every side-angle photo

  • Arms and tummy she wants firmer before the lehenga blouse fitting

  • Dark, dry lips she hides under heavy lipstick

  • Hair fall that started with the engagement stress

  • Pigmentation in the intimate area, mentioned quietly at the very end

Plenty of clinics would sell her a facial and a few laser sessions. Dr. Kavya, her dermatologist, does something different. She maps every item to a treatment, works backwards from 14 February, and prices it as one package.

Week 12: the consultation that sets the plan

Dr. Kavya starts with three rules for every bride:

  1. Anything with downtime finishes at least 4 weeks before the first function. Mehendi counts, not just the wedding day.

  2. Injectables finish 3–4 weeks out. Any bruising or swelling has time to settle.

  3. Nothing new in the last 14 days. The makeup trial happens after the last treatment, not before.

Then she builds Meera's plan on one page:

Meera books every session that day. She pays in three instalments. The clinic's February calendar now has a bride in it before December has even started.

Weeks 12 to 9: the heavy lifting

The first weeks carry the treatments that take longest to show.

Body. Meera's first MShape session takes about 30 minutes, with electrodes on her abdomen and arms. MShape combines Electro Bio Energy, static magnetic energy and photodynamic energy. She comes back every week, and each visit doubles as a check-in on everything else.

Double chin. Dr. Kavya gives the first V Light Solution session in week 12. It takes 20–30 minutes with little or no downtime, and the next session is three weeks later.

Hair. AQ Advanced Hair Complex+ starts the same week: one 6 ml vial per session, every 14 days. Hair is slow, so it has to start first.

Acne marks. The first 4Plus RF microneedling session comes in week 11, at conservative settings for Indian skin. AQ Recovery Serum goes on afterwards, and strict sun protection starts that day. (More on settings in our post on MNRF for acne scars in Indian skin.)

At home. Meera leaves with AQ Active Serum for her face, AQ Eye Serum for her dark circles and AQ Lash for her lashes. Lashes need weeks, so week 12 is the right time to start.

Weeks 10 to 5: building the glow

Skin and under-eyes. NucleoSkin starts in week 10 and repeats every three weeks: weeks 10, 7 and 4. Each session falls in a different week from the microneedling, so her skin never takes two procedures at once. The PDRN works on skin quality and the under-eye hollowness behind her dark circles, while AQ Eye Serum keeps working at home.

Intimate care. Pink Intimate System sessions start in week 10, once a week, in a private room. Each one takes 10–15 minutes. Meera mentioned it last at her consultation. Dr. Kavya made sure it was part of the plan from the start, as a normal part of the package.

Lips. Pink Booster starts in week 8, timed to finish by week 4 so any swelling settles long before the mehendi. We cover this in detail in the pre-bridal lip protocol.

Finishing the slow work. The last MNRF session is in week 5 and the last MShape session in week 5. The third V Light session was in week 6.

At the week 6 check-in, Dr. Kavya puts Meera's week 12 photos next to the new ones. This is the moment a bride stops doubting the plan and starts telling her cousins about the clinic.

Weeks 4 to 2: tighten and polish

Now the plan switches from correcting to refining.

  • Final injectables in week 4: the last NucleoSkin session, the last Pink Booster session and the last AQ Hair Complex+ session.

  • Jawline and tightening: weekly 4Plus RF sessions with the non-needle handpieces. There is no downtime, just warmth, so they can run until week 2.

  • Home care keeps going: AQ Active Serum, AQ Eye Serum and AQ Lash every day.

The last 14 days: hands off

No needles and no heat that leaves marks. Meera does her bridal makeup trial in week 2, on skin that has nothing left to settle. Dr. Kavya's last instruction is simple: sleep, water, sunscreen, and don't let anyone talk you into a new facial the day before.

On her final visit, Meera's mother books MShape and NucleoSkin for herself. The groom asks about AQ Hair Complex+. One bride has become three patients.

How to build this package in your clinic

Most brides fit one of three tiers:

Package

What it includes

Who it suits

Glow

NucleoSkin, Pink Booster, AQ Active Serum and AQ Eye Serum

Brides with 6–8 weeks left, or a tighter budget

Signature

Glow + 4Plus RF (MNRF and tightening) + V Light Solution + AQ Hair Complex+

Most brides who come 10–12 weeks out

Complete

Signature + MShape + Pink Intimate System + AQ Lash

Brides who want the full plan, face to body

Add-ons for the family: MShape and NucleoSkin for the mother of the bride, and AQ Hair Complex+ and MShape for the groom.

What makes it work commercially:

  • Sell the plan, not the sessions. One price, paid in instalments, with every appointment booked at the first consultation.

  • Market before the season. Brides with February weddings decide in October and November. A bride who arrives 4 weeks out can only get the Glow tier.

  • Photograph at weeks 12, 6 and 1. Same light, same angles. These photos sell next season's packages.

  • Keep the rules visible. Print the 4-week and 14-day cut-offs on the plan you hand the bride. It protects her result and your clinic.

FAQ

When should a bride start pre-bridal treatments?

Ideally 12 weeks before the first function. Body work, hair and acne-mark treatments need that long. Eight weeks still allows skin boosters and lips, but not the full plan.

What can be done in the last two weeks?

Home care and gentle hydration only. No new injectables, no microneedling, nothing with downtime. The makeup trial should come after the last treatment.

Can the groom and family join the package?

Yes, and they often do. MShape, NucleoSkin and AQ Hair Complex+ are common add-ons for grooms and parents. Family add-ons are the easiest way to grow a package.

Which products in this plan does NW Aesthetics supply?

All of them: MShape, 4Plus RF, V Light Solution, NucleoSkin, Pink Booster, Pink Intimate System and the AQ Skin Solutions range. See our full product range, or talk to our team about a bridal-season starter kit for your clinic.
